Art and Its Market
In the conversation "Art and Its Market," Dirk Boll, Bärbel Trautwein, and Fabian Schöneich will discuss the history and present of the art market, drawing from Dirk Boll's 2024 book of the same name. The conversation at CCA Berlin will shed light on the economic underbelly of the art world, examining how it both influences and is shaped by artists' practices. The aim is to offer the audience—particularly artists—a deeper understanding of the often little-discussed market world, along with practical tools to navigate it, while opening new perspectives on the complex relationship between art and economy.
Free entry. The conversation will be held in German.
