Félicia Atkinson

On 7 Dec 2025, CCA Berlin presents a performance by French composer, musician, and visual artist Félicia Atkinson at the Chapel of the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church.

Atkinson’s work moves between electro-acoustic composition, language, and image. Her music becomes a site of exchange between human and non-human expression, between landscapes, thoughts, and memories. Through field recordings, piano passages, and essayistic fragments in French and English, she creates sonic environments that are both narrative and open. The result is a series of intimate, imaginary landscapes which remain in constant motion.

Atkinson has performed at institutions and festivals such as the Barbican Centre in London, the Philharmonie de Paris, and Unsound in Krakow. In Berlin, Atkinson unfolds this poetic polyphony within the chapel, transforming it into a space of resonance. An invitation to listen closely to the subtle transitions between language, sound, and silence.

CCA Berlin's music program is curated by Dounia Biedermann and Mathis Neuhaus.
